San Antonio Virtual Security (SAVS) provides security guard, virtual security, and mobile patrol services for properties across the greater San Antonio area — apartment communities, HOAs, commercial properties, retail centers, and construction sites. The company is locally owned and operated in San Antonio, and it is regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety under Texas DPS License #B31225001.
Training comes first here. Every SAVS officer completes the SAVS Training Academy before post — 14 modules covering how SAVS runs the company and how SAVS does security, from patrol procedure and report writing to verbal skills and property playbooks. Applicants start orientation the moment they apply, and hired officers keep full Academy access on the Officer Track. The same training is public on YouTube, because a company that trains its officers has nothing to hide about how it trains them.
To run the operation, SAVS built Guard Command HQ in-house. Officers clock in, run GPS-verified patrols with photo checkpoints, and file digital reports in the same shift — so clients can see what happened on their property and supervisors can verify it. Monitoring and dispatch run 24/7 behind every post.
